Full American Financial ("we," "us," "our") is an independent life insurance agency owned and operated by Bryson H Jones, a licensed Florida Life & Health insurance agent (NPN #W234699). Protecting the confidentiality of your information matters to us — in this business you share sensitive details, and you deserve to know exactly what happens to them.

You do not need to provide contact information to read the educational content on this Site or to use the coverage calculator.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and have a licensed agent follow up with you;
• To prepare educational coverage estimates and, if you choose to proceed, to submit an application to a carrier on your behalf;
• To communicate with you about your coverage, application, or policy;
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
• To meet legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, and consent-documentation obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging consent and opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to serve you or as required by law:

• Insurance carriers and their underwriters, when you ask us to explore or submit coverage;
• Service providers who support our business (secure form and CRM providers, email delivery, hosting, scheduling), under contracts limiting their use of your data;
• Consumer reporting and underwriting sources — with your authorization, carriers may obtain medical, prescription, motor vehicle, or similar reports as part of underwriting; and
• Legal and regulatory recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or a governmental request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Text messages and calls

If you provide a phone number and give consent, we and our licensed agents may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about life insurance products, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We record the exact consent language, its version, and a timestamp with your record, as required under federal TCPA rules and Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act.

Cookies and analytics
